To be graded as a senior, the student must perform as an Adult, using speed and power of an adult. A Junior must be re-assessed between 16 & 18 years old to be awarded the senior rank. Assessment will depend on the students present training/competition performance.

Minimum of 12 months till next Grade
Produce the basic rule differences of Point Fighting, Continuous Sparring, Full Contact &
K1rules in writing.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONING DEMONSTRATION
Participant will stand in a Forward leaning stance for 10 minutes each leg. Arm positions will be directed.
During this time he/she may receive some checks from the examiners to inspect the strength of the stance and the condition of the body. These may include strikes to the arms/legs. The participant may use meditation during this exercise if they wish. Juniors will be the same exercises but of 5minutes each.

Controlled sparring against 2 attackers, (At once using senior grades)

Minimum of 85 Squats. Legs to 90degrees.

Examiners choice of exercises.(maximum of 6 senior grades 1-2 min each) Grading will take approximately 4 hours. Participants should drink regularly and the changing of Training clothes during the session is permitted.
